BOATCHATA IS BACK TO CELEBRATE OUR 2ND BIRTHDAY AND TO WELCOME SUMMER!!!🤨 But, what even is Boatchata??
Boatchata was started in 2024 as an opportunity to get to know our friends from social dancing beyond the dance floor and has since become an annual highlight!
So often we're sharing our personal space with people and creating mini stories through dance together but rarely do we get the chance to actually have a conversation (with words 😆) and get to know each other
For that reason, Boatchata is specially curated to ensure we have time to socialise (in the way that non-dancers do... weird, I know!). We'll have dedicated periods through the day where we don't play bachata music so we can be present during our conversations, but then of course - we'll dance!
As this event isn't all about bachata it's perfect for any friends, family or partners you'd like to bring to enjoy the day.
The details:
Departing and returning to: Sardine Jetty, Fremantle
Time: arrive at jetty 9:30am, we'll dock back at 3pm
What to bring: bathers, suncreen, byo alcohol (no glass bottles)
Food and soft drinks will be provided.
