Boards in Gear: Strengthening Governance & Leadership
Board effectiveness is one of the strongest predictors of nonprofit success. This session will focus on governance best practices, roles and responsibilities, committee structures, recruitment, and strategies for building a strong board–staff partnership. Ideal for current board members, executive directors, and emerging leaders.
Session includes time for networking and lunch. CBNA Members may register up to 3 members from their organization complimentary. Nonmember fee is $25 per person.
