If you love to sing Jazz or Blues and/or have participated in our past Blues Singing for Adults classes, this is the class for you! This student-led class will focus on repertoire building, performance technique and song sharing in both genres. Although new jazz and blues songs will be explored, participants are encouraged to bring songs from their own repertoire to each class. Weeks one to four will explore the above learning objectives, while weeks five and six will prepare singers for performance settings. This class overlaps with the Vocal Technique for Jazz and Blues Singing. Registration for the Vocal Technique class is encouraged but not necessary.
