AN EXTRAORDINARY CULINARY EXPERIENCE FOR A GREATER PURPOSE
Join us at Bryant Park for an intimate evening centered around one of the most impressive traditions in Japanese cuisine—a live Bluefin Tuna Cutting.
The evening begins at 5:00 PM with cocktail hour, followed by the live tuna cutting and an opportunity to experience bluefin prepared and served several different ways throughout the evening.

Japanese-inspired cocktails, full bar, and food menu will also be available for additional purchases.
Tickets are limited to this intimate event.
Proceeds from the evening benefit Shuck Cancer and the American Cancer Society, bringing together great food, great drinks and our community for a greater purpose.
