The Restaurant & Food Truck Summit will serve as a resource-focused convening for restaurants and food trucks in Jacksonville. The summit will provide a clear overview of Blue Zones, the approval process, and the benefits of participation, while connecting attendees to practical tools, incentives, and community partners that support approval readiness and long-term sustainability. This event is in partnership with Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business (JSEB). Food will be provided
