All are welcome to join the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux for the annual Blue Mass honoring the men and women who serve our communities in law enforcement, fire services, emergency medical services and other public safety professions.This special Mass is an opportunity to come together in prayer and gratitude for those who put themselves in harm’s way to protect and serve others. We will pray for first responders who serve our communities each day, for their families, and for those who have given their lives in service to others.
All members of the public safety community are especially invited to attend in uniform or professional attire. Families, friends and members of the community are also welcome as we come together to show our appreciation and support for those who serve.
Join us as we lift up our first responders in prayer and ask God’s continued protection and blessing upon them and their families.
