
About this Event
In these sessions, the monks will guide you through a 30 minute guided loving-kindnessand mindfulness meditation followed by a themed talk with time for discussion through questions and answers from the monks. Meditation is a practice that cultivates mindfulness which can bring clarity and peace to life. By joining these sessions, you will gain insight into the quality of mindfulness, and learn techniques to practice and apply it to your daily life. These sessions are open for one and all, and have something to offer everyone. There is no experience or background required.
