Blossoming Spring: Yin Yoga Class + Reiki Healing

Robyn and Heidi will lead this in-person Yin Yoga class designed to help you rest and notice. We'll use the breath to slow down and notice, while we flow through gentle poses that target deep connective tissues. Robyn will provide hands-on Reiki Healing while you are in the poses to bring you more ease and peace.
