KONARK Dance School of Virginia and Maryland in collaboration with Manav Kalyan Kendra, USA (MKK-USA), a non-profit 501 C(3) organization, will present “Blossoming-Opening the door to a brand new story” on Sunday October 4, 2026, 1:30-3:30 at the beautiful Franklin Park Arts Center, 36441 Blueridge View Ln., Purcellville, VA 20132. KONARK Dance School is celebrating 45 years of Guru Jayantee Paine’s teaching, choreographing and performing in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Come experience two different classical dances from North and East India.
Proceeds and Donations are accepted and will be provided towards the cause of MKK-USA.
MKK-USA is a 501©3 charitable organization, founded in 1999 by Dr. Pradeep Ganguly to provide humanitarian aid and educational support to needy children. We achieve our goals by organizing high-quality cultural events and raising funds to support selected charities. Our partner in this endeavor is the KONARK Dance School. Our current scholarship recipients are school children of laborers (“Majdoors”) in New Delhi, India.
