About this Event

Welcome to Blossom Woman Afro-Dance Fitness Classes! Join us for a fun and energetic online fitness event tailored specifically for women. Get ready to move your body to the beat of Afro-dance music and feel empowered as you work up a sweat. No dance experience required, just bring your positive energy and willingness to try something new.

When: Thursdays, 7pm to 8pm

Where: The Nest, 3 Cygnet Square, Thamesmead SE2 9FA

The Nest is very accessible by public transport and is a 10 minutes’ walk from Abbey Wood station or a few minutes bus ride. If you are driving, you will not be able to park in the square itself which is reserved for residents, however you should be able to park in a nearby side street.

Facilitator: FlavRcise Fitness has a proven track record of delivering high-energy dance and aerobics fitness sessions and health and wellness workshops. Their instructor, a public health nurse with over 17 years of experience, brings a wealth of expertise in promoting healthy lifestyles for young people and families.
