About this Event
Blossom Farm welcomes you to be held in a cosy container for an evening with Scarlett Webster, an experienced Lincoln based Therapist and Ceremonial Sound Healer. Scarlett will guide the session with an Embodied Meditation to help land everyone into their body and turn the volume down on the busy mind, we will then move into a Guided Journey with Sound Healing. The evening ends with a slow return and grounding before closing.
Scarlett's work is infused with a deep reverence and connection to the Natural World and she has created a Soundscape that journeys with the Shamanic Native American Medicine Wheel and Tradition. The Wheel is a sacred circular symbol representing balance, interconnectedness, and the cyclical nature of life, each quadrant holds meaning for life and is connected with different energies and elements.

Sound Journeys are not always recommended for individuals who answer yes to any of the below, however you are welcome to take advice from your designated medical professional.
Are you currently under investigation and/or receiving care/treatment for any physical conditions/illnesses/injuries?
Do you have any joint pain or joint replacements including pins/plates/metalwork?
Are you Pregnant? Have you recently given birth?
Do you have any implants and/or foreign bodies e.g. pacemaker?
Do you have any hearing related conditions and/or wear a hearing aid/device (Some people have reported a better experience removing their hearing device?
Do you have asthma?
Do you have epilepsy
Do you have any cardiac/respiratory conditions?
Are you receiving treatment for cancer?
Have you had a stroke?
Do you have any difficulties lying on your back (Chairs optional or bring a pillow for under your knees)?
Have you recently had surgery of any kind and have stitches or a healing wound that is still vulnerable?
