Description: Join us for an evening of creative ritual and deep restoration as we prepare for Mother’s Day weekend. Led by Jessica Smith, owner of Anemone Chicago, this workshop invites you to slow down and connect with the seasonal beauty of fresh blooms. Under Jessica’s expert guidance, you will learn the art of floral composition to create a stunning, professional-level arrangement. Whether you are a total beginner or a flower lover, Jessica will walk you through the steps to build a lush, intentional arrangement. This is the perfect opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind floral arrangement for yourself or to gift.

After we finish our floral designs, we swap our flower shears and transition into a state of calm and stillness. Jana of Beyond Infinite will lead us through a deeply relaxing and transformative sound bath, using vibrational frequencies to help you completely unwind, destress, and integrate the evening’s creativity. This restorative sound bath is uniquely orchestrated and designed to reset the nervous system. There is no yoga or movement involved—simply lie back, breathe, and let the sound waves wash away the stress of the week. No experience necessary this is accessible to all bodies and fitness levels.

You will leave with a custom arrangement in hand and a profound sense of peace in your heart.

Lite bites will be provided to nourish the body while we connect and create. All flowers, tools and floral vessels will also be provided.

What to Bring: To ensure optimal comfort during the sound healing portion, please bring a yoga mat, yoga props (anything you like to use), pillows, eye masks, fuzzy warm socks, comfy-cozy clothing and plenty of blankets. We encourage you to bring anything and everything that makes you feel completely warm, supported, and cozy during the sound bath.
