BLOOMS AFTER DARKThe Roaming Petal x The Velvet Mat Underground + Pages & Perks
The Book Vase Society
Saturday, November 21 | 7:00–9:00 PM
We’re giving old stories a second life. turning books into blooming little works of art.
Book club is getting crafty.
Join The Velvet Mat, Pages & Perks and The Roaming Petal for a cozy night underground celebrating books, flowers and the beautiful things we can make when we stop taking ourselves so damn seriously.
We’ll gather for our monthly book club conversation, then The Roaming Petal will guide us in transforming rescued and retired books into whimsical book vases, finished with florals and botanical details, just in time for the holidays and hostess gifts!
Have an old book collecting dust? Bring it along to sacrifice to the crafting gods. We’ll also have books available for anyone who needs one compliments of Pages & Perks.
Expect conversation, creativity, treats, flowers and an extremely satisfying amount of cutting up old books.
Read it. Rip it. Reimagine it.
