About the Bloomin' Good SwimThe Bloomin' Good Swim is a fun, community fundraising event supporting Bloomhill Cancer Care, bringing together families, friends, businesses and community groups to make a real difference for local people impacted by cancer.
Held at Kawana Aquatic Centre on Sunday 21 March 2027, teams of all ages take part in a fun relay swim while enjoying a vibrant pool party atmosphere filled with entertainment, activities and community spirit. Whether you're swimming laps, cheering from the sidelines or taking part in the family-friendly activities, the day is all about having fun while raising vital funds for an incredible local cause.
To kick off the day, we're aiming to make history by hosting the largest aqua aerobics class ever held, with the goal of breaking the current Guinness World Record. The mass warm-up will bring together hundreds of participants in an energetic, fun-filled aqua aerobics session before the relay officially begins, creating an unforgettable spectacle and generating awareness for Bloomhill Cancer Care.
By combining a world-record attempt with an exciting community event, we hope to inspire even more people to get involved, support a great cause, and help put the Sunshine Coast on the map for achieving something truly extraordinary.
