Join us for Cynthia Blooms Pathways’ first official event as we bring adults with disabilities together for an afternoon of connection, fun, and community! 💗

Families, caregivers, and support people are welcome when needed. Families with siblings or other family members who may need to attend together are welcome to reach out with questions. Our focus is on creating an adult-centered social experience where adults with disabilities can build friendships and enjoy their own community connections.
🛍️ VENDORS & ACTIVITY PROVIDERS WANTED!
