BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Join Flower Therapy at The Rose Room Café in Webster for another "Bloom & Sip" event: a fun, hands-on workshop that uses floral design as a creative form of self-care! Participants will learn basic floral design techniques and create their own seasonal floral arrangement while also exploring mindfulness, stress relief, creativity, and connection with nature. No prior floral design experience is needed; all materials and live instruction are provided. This workshop is suitable for adults 18+.

This workshop is led by Ashley Starzec, LMFT, an experienced mental health provider of nearly 20 years and the creator of Flower Therapy wellness groups. While Ashley brings her mental health background to the experience, this event is a wellness workshop, not psychotherapy.
