Calling all mamas! It's time to move your body, meet your village, and enjoy a little moment for yourself while making memories with your little one!
Join Momtastic Fitness for Bloom & Bond: Mommy & Me Movement—a special wellness and connection experience created for moms who want to move, unwind, and build meaningful friendships with other local moms. Whether you're a new mom, expecting, or chasing a busy toddler, you belong here!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
💪 Mommy & Me Movement
We'll kick things off with a fun, welcoming, pregnancy- and postpartum-friendly movement session designed to help you move your body, feel good, and enjoy time with your little one. All fitness levels are welcome!
🌸 Build-Your-Own Flower Bar
Get creative and put together your own beautiful floral arrangement to take home as a sweet reminder to make time for yourself, too.
🍹 Mocktail Bar by Hello Mama Wine
Sip, relax, and enjoy a refreshing mocktail! Each mom will receive one mocktail to enjoy during the event.
🧁 Sweet Treats by Little Shop of Love
Enjoy samples of delicious home-baked goodies from Little Shop of Love! You'll also have the opportunity to purchase your favorites and take some treats home.
🤍 Mom Connections & Community
Motherhood can feel isolating, but you don't have to navigate it alone. We'll make time for intentional connection activities to help you meet other moms, share experiences, and hopefully leave with a new friend—or two!
✨ WHO SHOULD COME?
This event is for moms and their little ones who are looking for movement, connection, and a little something special outside the everyday routine. Come solo or bring a mom friend! Whether it's your first Momtastic Fitness event or you've been part of our community for a while, we'd love to have you.
You don't have to be fit to start. You just have to show up as you are.

📅 Date & Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
🎟️ Tickets: Early Bird: $ 20; afterwards, $25 per adult. Little ones are FREE.
