Join me for a peaceful afternoon of creativity, mindfulness, and self-discovery as you create your own beautiful pressed-flower glass Intention Box—a keepsake designed to become part of your daily ritual filled with slips of intentions, manifestations, and more.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and connect with our hearts, followed by reflective journaling to bring clarity to what you’re ready to call into your life. I will also have tea to drink while we craft.
As your box dries, you’ll prepare the contents that will make it a meaningful daily practice by cutting, folding, and filling it with:
