Guest arrival, refreshments, grazing tables, mingling and networking. Give everyone time to settle in before the activity begins.
4:00–6:00 PM | Bloom & Become Vision Board Activity
Guests create their boards, set intentions, talk, connect and enjoy the creative process. Keep refreshments available throughout.
6:00–6:15 PM | Final Touches & Reflection
Wrap up boards, take photos, and invite guests to reflect on what they created.
6:15–6:30 PM | Sunkissed Sunset Cheers
