Why Donate?
Your blood donation directly helps the people who need it most. It costs you nothing to give and your donation makes a positive impact on the life of another person.
Can I Give?
To donate blood you have to be over the age of 16, weigh at least 115 pounds, and be in good health.
*** 16-year-old donors are required to bring a parental consent form, completed in ink, in order to donate. (https://bit.ly/ImpactLife-Consent-Form)
How Long Does a Blood Donation Take?
The entire process takes about one hour and 15 minutes; the actual donation of a pint of whole blood unit takes eight to 10 minutes. However, the time varies slightly with each person depending on several factors including the donor’s health history and attendance at the blood drive.
Who Will I help?
Your donation will help trauma patients, cancer patients, new moms or other patients fighting any number of illnesses. Donors may also request their blood donation be directed to a specific patient.

What to Know : Increase your fluid intake on the day of donation and do not skip meals prior to appointment. Ensure you bring a valid photo ID to your appointment.
