Join us in person for a rejuvenating 75-minute session of Ananda Vedic Vinyasa yoga. Flow through mindful postures, breathwork, and end with an extended savasanah to fully relax your body and mind. Vedic Vinyasa is Breath as Mantra with Meditative Movement to achieve more than Bliss, but Transformation : shifts Vinyasa from a purely cardiovascular workout into a soulful ritual with the potential to clear cycles of self sabotage, reveal truth vs trauma, dissipate anxiety, and calm the mind.
Please enter the room as a "Quiet Zone" preserving the spa like bliss.
