About this Event
Join this imtimate group of only 6 women. When a women’s circle and sound bath meet, but with less awkward small talk and more connection.
This is a fully facilitated social experience for anyone who wants to relax, reset and spend time with like minded people in a warm, welcoming and confidential space.
We’ll begin with a grounding exercise, followed by some crystal healing and a crystal bowl sound bath. Slowing you down and allowing you to reconnect with yourself.
Then we’ll gently come back to reality with a cuppa, a blether and the chance to connect with other lovely humans.
No pressure to be “social”. You can chat as much or as little as you like. No forced fun. No need to know anyone when you arrive. Just a relaxed, intimate, supportive space to meet people, reduce social isolation and enjoy a bit of meaningful connection.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter, a little more connected… and quite possibly slightly more zen.Bring a bottle of water with you and comfy clothes. No need for anything else.
