About this Event
Blackmon Business Exchange: Community & Career Growth Summit is an in-person event for people interested in community and career growth.
Strong communities grow through useful conversations and responsible professional connections.
Blackmon Business Exchange is a live community and career event bringing together local business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and people exploring new career opportunities.
The evening combines three formats:
Local Business Exchange
Business owners and professionals join facilitated tables to discuss services, operational needs, professional partnerships, and ways local organizations can support one another.
Career Conversation Tables
Job seekers and career-minded professionals can meet participating employers and business leaders to learn about industries, roles, skills, and workplace expectations.
This is not a hiring fair and no job interview, employment offer, or recruiter follow-up is guaranteed.
Community Learning Session
A short interactive session explores practical ways local organizations can build stronger partnerships, communicate opportunities clearly, and create useful professional relationships.
Participants may exchange professional contact information voluntarily.
No attendee directory, resume database, customer list, or lead list is automatically distributed.
Aggressive prospecting, MLM promotion, financial-product pitching, discriminatory recruiting, and repeated unwanted follow-up are not permitted.
