This round table creates a welcoming space for women to talk openly about self-care, healing, relationships, and good mental health, while exploring practical ways to strengthen our well-being and create healthier relationships.

Enjoy a short stretch session led by BodyByQue at the beginning of the event, so dress comfortably. Massages will also be available during the event for an additional fee.
We are excited to welcome special guest KimmyKakes, On-Air Personality of 100.3 The Beat, who will join us for this special experience.
