Nia Performing Arts presents Langston Hughes’ Black Nativity — “The Old Landmark”
Join us for a joyful celebration of faith, music, and community on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at East High School, 1500 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43205. With two soul-stirring performances at 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM, this beloved Christmas production brings the story of Christ’s birth to life through heartfelt gospel music, dance, and powerful storytelling.
Make a day of it! Our Vendor Holiday Marketplace is open to the public from noon to 10:00 PM. Shop with local vendors and discover unique holiday gifts for the special people in your life. While you’re there, stop by to see Kenta Claus for holiday cheer, smiles, and selfies with little kids and big kids, too!
Enhance your evening with our VIP experience, featuring premium seating and an exclusive VIP Reception from 5:30–6:30 PM only. Enjoy a welcoming private reception area, complimentary treats, time to connect with fellow guests, and a specially curated swag bag.
Ticket Prices
- VIP: $50
- Adults, ages 19–64 (General Seating): $25
- Seniors, ages 65+, and Students, ages 12–18: $20
- Children, ages 11 and under: $10
Purchase tickets through Eventbrite. Tickets may also be purchased at the door using cash or credit/debit card. An additional $5 fee per ticket applies to all door purchases.
Theater doors open at 2:00 PM for the afternoon performance and 6:30 PM for the evening performance.
