Black Men’s Wellness Day OKC is a powerful, high-energy event focused on improving health outcomes, increasing access to resources, and creating a space where Black men and their families can thrive.

We are inviting purpose-driven vendors to join us in delivering resources, services, and experiences that directly support our mission. Your financial investment helps keep this event completely free and accessible to the public, ensuring that cost is never a barrier for the community we serve.

We are excited to welcome vendors to our Annual 2026 Black Men’s Wellness Day on August 29, 2026, at Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City, OK.

This is a non-selling vendor experience. Vendors are encouraged to provide information, resources, swag items, and giveaways that enhance the participant experience. By participating, you are directly contributing to free health screenings and wellness resources for all attendees.

• Vendor Fee: $100.00 + $8.55 Eventbrite processing fee
• Spots are not secured until payment is received
• Vendor applications are subject to approval and capacity limits

• Set-up begins at 5:30 AM at Scissortail Park
• Vendors must provide their own tent and table setup
• Additional logistics and event details will be emailed upon confirmation
