Black Men's Healing Circle: Philadelphia

Join us for the Black Men's Healing Circle on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in Philadelphia. This in-person event aims to create a safe and nurturing space for the Black men of our community to come together and heal.

Through breath work and sound healing, we facilitate a transformative healing experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while helping you focus on gratitude, peace and love. We do this all in the safety of community with facilitators who are trained in spiritual care and well-being.

Info: This event includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start.
