Join us for a powerful, family-friendly fundraiser as we raise for Haymakers for Hope, a nonprofit that funds life-saving cancer research and provides meaningful support to individuals and families navigating cancer.

Inspired by the discipline, grit, and heart behind charity boxing, this event celebrates strength, resilience, and community — while reminding us that rest and regulation matter too.

Expect a high-energy, feel-good flow designed for all ages and fitness levels:

• Punching bag stations – release stress, channel strength, and move with purpose
• Photo booth moments – capture the joy, sweat, and solidarity
• session to “Momma Said Knock You Out” – fun, empowering movement for everyone
• to close the event, led by Reiki Master
  — helping participants reset their nervous systems and leave feeling centered and restored

This experience honors both sides of the fight: the power to show up strong and the wisdom to slow down and restore.

• Open to adults, teens, and families
• No boxing, dance, or fitness experience required
• Move at your own pace — participation is always optional

Please bring a yoga mat and pillow for the sound bath portion.
