About this Event
Come and celebrate Black History Month with us!
Join Make a Difference GM at Heaton Norris Community Centre for a warm, joyful evening celebrating Black history, culture and community. Whether you come with family, friends or on your own, everyone is welcome and you'll be sure of a friendly face at the door.
What's on the night:
- Live African drummers to get the evening started
- Live music performances
- A DJ playing the best of African, Caribbean and Reggae sounds
- Refreshments to enjoy throughout the evening
It's a chance to dance, connect with neighbours, share stories and honour the rich contributions of Black communities here in Stockport and beyond.
Spaces are limited to just 60 places, so please book your free ticket early to avoid missing out.
This event is brought to you by Make a Difference GM and Heaton Norris Community Centre, with support from Sector3 and Stockport Council.
We can't wait to celebrate with you!
