MOVING THROUGH MEMORY with Cami
Our bodies hold memory of what we have lived and what we have inherited.
We move every day. Can we pause?
Moving Through Memory is a breath, a space for movement, writing, and sharing stories. Through contemporary African dance, guided exercices, and poetic expression, we will find our tools to remember and to reclaim. The workshop invites us to move through our body memories, to reconnect with our own power, at our own pace.
All levels are welcome
