The Black Chamber of Arizona –Dunbar Partnership Launch: Building a Statewide Business Ecosystem is a special Juneteenth‑week activation bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community partners to the Southern Arizona Business Empowerment Hub at Dunbar Pavilion’s Business Empowerment Center in Tucson.
The Black Chamber of Arizona is expanding its footprint to Southern Arizona in partnership with the historic Dunbar Pavilion—a cultural and community anchor located in Tucson’s historic Black neighborhood. Together, the organizations are creating a bridge between Phoenix and Tucson so Black-owned and diverse businesses can access statewide resources, supplier diversity pathways, and growth opportunities.
At this event, attendees will:
- Hear from leadership at Dunbar Pavilion and the Black Chamber of Arizona about the vision for a unified Phoenix–Tucson Black business ecosystem.
- Learn how the Southern Arizona Business Empowerment Hub will support entrepreneurs and small businesses through programming, office hours, and connections.
- Get an introduction to Impact AZ—Arizona’s largest supplier diversity and business accelerator program—and how Tucson businesses can apply and plug in.
- Connect with fellow entrepreneurs, ecosystem partners, and potential collaborators from across Southern Arizona.
This is the formal activation of a statewide partnership that connects Tucson’s historic cultural center with Arizona’s leading Black statewide business organization.
