Longplay was a new experiment borne exactly 1 year ago. One year on from this concept, I recognize that my desire and curiosity for long form remains so palpable.

We begin the evening with a warm-up using the 5Rhythms to arrive into our bodies and into the space together. I'll then share a few words about this particular album and we'll drop into the dance of a full album together.
This is an open, expressive space with no specific steps to follow and no instructions. Rather, an opportunity to let the music - and in this case, Björk's Debut album - inspire you to move in ways that feel good and right for you - moment by moment.
