We’re delighted to welcome Bitterbeck back to BlueJam Arts Space for another Front Room gig. Join us for a relaxed evening of folk / blues music with material from their new album of original material Go Slow and support from new local band Whelpa.Bitterbeck are an easy-going bunch of musicians from west Cumbria who perform catchy original songs in folk / blues styles, often with environmental themes – close harmonies, uplifting and finely-crafted songs to listen to, think about and sometimes dance to.

The support slot will see Cumbrian band Whelpa (Lee Schofield, Sam Beaumont & Sara Barnard) perform original songs and tunes on guitars and fiddle. With a folky feel, gentle harmonies, and a strong sense of place, their music explores their relationship with the local landscape.
Doors open 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
There will be a bar with wine, beer, and soft drinks available by donation.
Bring your instrument and join in a jam with some of the musicians after the gig.
