Just in time for Thanksgiving, we're kicking off Bite Me: A Tasting Experience, a new venture from the twisted minds behind Icing & Incidents. We're temporarily stepping away from cookies to stir up a little trouble in the kitchen.
We're tackling one of the easiest ways to transform your cooking: spices and seasonings. Whether you're preparing your family's Thanksgiving staples or looking to give your everyday recipes a little more oomph, we'll explore how herbs and spices can elevate familiar dishes without adding extra work to your kitchen routine.
We'll put the FinaMill, an innovative spice grinder, to work in this hands-on tasting experience. You'll discover new flavors, explore the difference fresh spices can make, and get more out of the ingredients you already love.
