🔥 **WHAT KIND OF PLAYERS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
We're looking for competitive, motivated 11U ballplayers who LOVE baseball and want to keep getting better!
Players who are hungry to learn, excited to compete, and willing to put in the work required to play at the AAA level.
We're interested in boys who:
⚾ Have a solid foundation of baseball fundamentals and want to continue developing their skills.
⚾ Enjoy competing against strong teams and challenging themselves against quality competition.
⚾ Want to improve their baseball IQ, situational awareness, decision-making, and understanding of the game.
⚾ Are coachable, listen to instruction, ask questions, and make adjustments.
⚾ Bring positive energy to practices, games, and the dugout.
⚾ Communicate with teammates, encourage others, and understand that TEAM comes before ME.
⚾ Take pride in preparation, practice habits, and the work they do away from the field.
⚾ Are resilient when things don't go their way and willing to learn from mistakes.
⚾ Want opportunities to grow, contribute, earn responsibility, and SHINE!
⚾ Most importantly, genuinely LOVE playing baseball!
WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR PERFECT BALLPLAYERS. WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT BALLPLAYERS!
We know every young athlete develops at a different pace. Some boys are already physically advanced, while others are still finding their confidence, coordination, and consistency.
We want to see the player your son is TODAY and understand the player he's working to become TOMORROW.
Talent matters. Fundamentals matter. Athletic ability matters.
But so do attitude, effort, focus, energy, coachability, character, and the willingness to be a GREAT teammate.
💯 OUR FOUR NON-NEGOTIABLES
ATTITUDE. EFFORT. FOCUS. ENERGY.
These are the four things we emphasize every single time we step onto the baseball field.
You can't always control the outcome of an at-bat, a tough defensive play, or the final score.
But you CAN control your preparation, your effort, your response to adversity, and the energy you bring to your teammates.
Those are lessons that extend well beyond baseball!
🔥 THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A TRYOUT!
We don't believe a tryout should consist of standing in long lines, getting a handful of reps, and heading home wondering what happened.
We want players to experience our coaching philosophy firsthand!
Expect a positive, organized, competitive environment where boys have the opportunity to:
💪 Get meaningful reps and quality instruction.
⚾ Demonstrate hitting, fielding, throwing, and overall athletic ability.
🧠 Show their baseball IQ, communication, and ability to make adjustments.
🔥 Compete alongside other motivated young ballplayers.
🤝 Meet our coaches, interact with potential teammates, and experience our team culture.
😎 HAVE FUN while being challenged!
We want every boy who attends to leave having learned something, regardless of the outcome.
WHAT MAKES BISON BASEBALL CLUB DIFFERENT?
We're serious about developing competitive baseball players, but we never want to lose sight of WHY these boys started playing in the first place.
Because baseball is FUN!
We believe a high-quality competitive environment and a positive, family-first culture can absolutely exist together.
Our approach emphasizes:
⚾ Strong fundamentals and consistent player development.
⚾ Quality instruction and helping players understand WHY we do things.
⚾ Baseball IQ, confidence, communication, and accountability.
⚾ Challenging players while supporting their individual growth.
⚾ Creating opportunities to earn responsibility through preparation and effort.
⚾ Building friendships, trust, leadership, and character.
⚾ Maintaining a positive atmosphere where kids are excited to show up and work!
We want these boys to develop as baseball players AND as young men.
WHAT'S AHEAD FOR SPRING 2027?

🦬 A great group of teammates and supportive families who enjoy spending time together on and off the field!
AND PARENTS — YOU MATTER TOO!
We're not just evaluating players. We're building a TEAM and a community of families.
We're looking for parents who value communication, sportsmanship, player development, teamwork, and a positive experience for their children.
Families who understand that development isn't always a straight line and who want to support the boys through both their successes and challenges.
We want to build lasting relationships and create some incredible baseball memories together!
