Our sessions will cover a range of topics including: Signs and stages of labor, prenatal exercise, natural and medical pain relief options, comfort measures for labor, hormones during birth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding and newborn basics! This is a two-part series. Class one is November 8th and clas two is December 6th. Both classes are taught 9am-12:30pm.
