About this Event
Whether you’re fresh out of a long-term relationship or disheartened after a long spell on dating apps, this workshop (for men and women) will help you navigate modern love with less cringe and more clarity. There will be an interactive session where each participant can explore their love experiences and build their own profiles.
We'll decode modern dating from a neuroscience-meets-real-life perspective with teacher, Lannah Mason, whose masters in mental health counseling gave her tools that helped her heal her own heart (and learn to flourish on the dating apps).
You’ll uncover how your past shapes who you swipe on and learn what your brain is actually doing when you catch feelings. We’ll explore how your upbringing and your “type” team up to influence who you’re drawn to—and how to finally rewrite that pattern and build the mindset (and profile) that attracts the right kind of match.
We'll work together to build a profile that says “this is me,” set boundaries that feel good, and use dating as a tool for self-discovery. Spoiler: swiping can actually heal your love story.
