About this Event
Most childbirth classes teach you what happens during labor.
This workshop helps you practice what to do.
Join us in the heart of Mission Hills at Radiance Yoga for a practical, hands-on birth rehearsal designed to help you and your partner feel prepared, connected, and confident before labor begins.
This is not a lecture. It's not a yoga class.
It's an opportunity to rehearse the positions, breathing, movement, communication, and comfort techniques you'll actually use during labor so they feel natural when birth day arrives.
You'll leave with practical skills, greater confidence, and a clear understanding of how to work together as a team throughout labor.
Knowledge builds confidence. Practice builds instinct.
That's why this workshop is designed as a birth rehearsal—giving you the opportunity to practice together before labor begins.
