Join National Audubon Society's Reed Tollefson for a day of birding on Tejon Ranch, where protected grasslands, oak woodlands, and rugged canyons offer habitat for raptors, songbirds, and seasonal migrants. We’ll move at a steady, observant pace, focusing on field identification, behavior, and habitat.This outing supports the Tejon Ranch Conservancy’s work to protect biodiversity and connect people with the land. Binoculars are recommended; curiosity is essential.
* Permits are subject to approval by Tejon Ranch Company. Tejon Conservancy submits a list of all guests to TRC several days prior, so no substitutions, additions, or refunds are available.
Per TRC policy, no pets or smoking permitted.
All guest names will need to be submitted for approval by our landowner ahead of time; no last-minute substitutions or additions can be accommodated.
Any vehicle travel on the Ranch must be done using a Conservancy vehicle.
A staff member or docent must be present with your group at all times during the visit.
