Birch Bayh spent a lifetime proving that one person can change the course of history. He authored Title IX, opening the doors of opportunity to generations of women and girls. He wrote the 26th Amendment, giving 18-year-olds the right to vote. He fought for a government that worked for everyday people not just the powerful. That fight isn't finished. This October, join Howard County Democrats as we honor his legacy at the Birch Bayh Democracy Dinner.
