If the thought of writing your first business plan feels daunting and time consuming, there's a tool to help you - the Business Model Canvas.
Foregoing the traditional method of business plan writing, the BMC, created by Osterwalder & Pigneur in the Strategyzer books, presents a more visual and comprehensive option.
In this practical workshop at the BIPC, you will learn to divide and address each section of the business plan and how each works together to build your business.

Setting up and running a business means you end up doing a lot that is scary, new and far outside of your comfort zone. From having to give presentations, trying to sell, to meeting strangers networking. It can challenge our self-confidence. This is even harder if we have low self-confidence.
-You will learn about low self-confidence and why it is very normal.
-We will do exercises that will help you learn why things are limiting you, what they are – and how to let them go.
-Learn how to use visualisations to create the outcomes you would love. And learn how it works.
-Learn more tips and techniques to increase your self-confidence.
-You are more than enough.
