Tired or wired after work? πΏ Running on empty?Longing for more joie de vivre? Love dancing but not the steps? Curious about somatic movement or conscious dance?
Biodanza gives you room to move through the stresses of the day, to wonderful music, in a welcoming space. Come and try Biodanza for the first time, or reconnect if itβs been a while.
If youβre curious or wanting to reconnect with Biodanza - this open night is a great place to start.
π± What to expect on the night
After a short intro, we start with energising dances that help you release stress and reset. Then we slow down gradually into more steadiness and presence.
Some dances are solo, some with others. Everything is an invitation, so adjust whatever you need to feel comfortable. Everyone welcome - you donβt need to βbe a dancer β

π What is Biodanza?
Biodanza draws on the ritual roots of dance as a community practice of joy and renewal.
A facilitator guides the session, but there are no steps to learn. You follow the music and simple invitations, and the focus is on feeling rather than performing.
Why do Biodanza?
If you want to experience:
π Vitality: to feel more alive, energised and embodied
π€ Uplifted Mood: connection, empathy and presence
π± Creativity: freedom of movement and self-expression
π Connections: with yourself, others and life around you
πΈ Integration: mind, body, heart into more harmony
Biodanza is not:
Choreography or performance
Fitness or technique-focused
Therapy, though it can be deeply therapeutic
Good to know
Come as you are.
Dance barefoot if you can.
Take a break whenever you need to. Everything is an invitation.
Bring a water bottle.
