Gather in community for an evening exploring the power of your voice and the healing properties of sound. Through guided breathwork and vocal activation, we’ll gently move trapped energy and emotion through the body, creating space for release and expression. We’ll close with a calming sound healing session to support deep rest and integration.

About the Facilitator:

CYNTHIA is an artist, storyteller, and creative coach devoted to reconnecting people with their inner power. Using creative expression as alchemy, she guides individuals through a journey of discovery; meeting what surfaces with curiosity, love, and play. After beginning her career in Toronto’s animation industry, she realized her impact could not be fully expressed within traditional systems and so she shifted her path. She has since founded a community art space, traveled and studied diverse healing modalities across cultures, and founded Electric Sunshine Co., an art & wellness company offering workshops that support personal and collective transformation through creativity. Across all her works, her mission is to guide people back into deep connection—with their true power, each other, nature, and the timeless wisdom that flows through all life.

• $35 - Standard Ticket: For those with sufficient financial resources. This is the price that sustains this offering, covers the event's costs, and allows us to continue this work.
• $25 - Subsidized Ticket: For those with limited financial resources, including students, artists, or anyone experiencing financial constraints or hardship. This ticket is made possible by the contributions of our Supporters. Please feel no hesitation in choosing this option if it makes your attendance possible.
