Can't run? No sweat (pun intended)! Come as you, do what you can, and join us for a grand ol' time.
Event will begin at C-FIT Studio at 143 N Main St #C in downtown Suffolk, VA (parking is on-street, so plan ahead), and will end at Nansemond Brewing Station, 212 E. Washington St, Suffolk VA.
Waves will begin at 0930am (so please be early).
This is a one of the top favorite events here at C-FIT Studio and there has yet to be a year that hasn't been a blast. Come test your strength, your grit, and leave feeling proud.
This year, 2026, the recipient of our Binja Warrior Fundraiser is HERO KIDS FOUNDATION. https://hkfva.org
Hero Kids Foundation is a center founded on the realization that nature and animals can do a lot of good for a family’s overall communication and bond. Their nature-based approach to therapy--including equine therapy, surf and kayak excursions and family counseling--helps families of first responders, military, and law enforcement connect with one another, restore communication, and thrive as a unit. Check them out!
