About this Event
Form, flow + fun (with a burn).
Join us by the ocean for a form-first, classical-inspired mat Pilates class in the park!
Expect thoughtful progressions, continuous flow and plenty of opportunities to build strength, improve your form and challenge yourself at your own pace. We'll focus on quality movement, good vibes and leaving you feeling longer, stronger and more connected to your body.
Come for Pilates, stay for the sunshine, the community and (if it's Saturday) a post-class coffee.
All levels are welcome.
What to bring: Water + a mat or towel. If you need a mat provided, please let us know before class.
