Billy is celebrating the release of his new trio album, Triumvirate on Mack Avenue Records and has invited Matt & Ari to join him for these shows. You’ll get to experience the conversational chemistry they created for this album in a live concert setting.
It’s been about 25 years since his previous trio recording. Triumvirate features the incredible Matt Penman on bass and Ari Hoenig on drums together with Billy Childs on piano. The album includes some of Billy’s original compositions and some jazz standards - Monk, Benny Golson, Miles Davis.
