Join Cook by Feel & The Dreamer's Collective for an intimate, hands-on workshop exploring herbal wellness through tea, tincture, and ritual. All materials are provided.
Teas, Tinctures & Tonics is designed to guide you out of routine and into a more intentional relationship with your body and the plants that support it. Through a sensory-based approach—taste, scent, and touch—you’ll be introduced to the foundations of herbal practice in a way that feels accessible, grounding, and personal.
Together, we’ll explore how to build a wellness ritual that fits into your daily life, while learning the basics of tincture making and working with thoughtfully curated herbal blends.
This is a space for curiosity, connection, and slowing down.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This workshop is for you if:
- You’re curious about herbal wellness but don’t know where to start
- You want to build a more intentional relationship with your body
- You’re interested in ritual, slowing down, and sensory practices
- You enjoy learning through experience, not just information
No prior experience is necessary.

- A tonic-inspired coffee cocktail
- A guided, hands-on tincture-making session
- A 60 ml dropper bottle to take home
- 2 oz of alcohol for tincture preparation
