Join us for a family-friendly, all-ages bird banding event led by bilingual scientists at Intermountain Bird Observatory. Visitors will have the opportunity to observe bird banding up close, learn about bird biology, behavior, and migration, and even help release birds back into the wild.
Participants are welcome to stay the whole time or arrive and leave as they’d like, but we recommend staying at least an hour for the best chance of seeing birds.
This is an educational and immersive experience in nature—ideal for families, bird enthusiasts, and curious minds of all ages!
