Join Us for Bike the Creek 2026!
Bike the Creek is a FREE event designed to inspire people of all ages and abilities to discover the joy of cycling.
More than just a ride, Bike the Creek is a community-driven celebration of active transportation, healthy living, and environmental sustainability.
Since launching in 2014, the event has been proudly organized in partnership with Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), the City of Brampton, Peel Region, the City of Mississauga, and the Town of Caledon.
Each year, more than 1,000 cycling enthusiasts take part, supported by over 50 dedicated volunteers, making Bike the Creek a signature event in our region.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we encourage all participants to bring a reusable water bottle to help reduce waste.
Ride Options*
Choose the route that’s right for you:
- 6.7 km Leisure Ride – 30–60 minutes
- 14 km Family Ride – 1.5–2 hours
- 36 km Bramalea Ride – 2.5–3 hours
- 66 km Caledon Town Ride – 3.5–4.5 hours (short-cut at approx. 50 km)
- 69 km Regional Ride – 4–4.5 hours (short-cut at approx. 53 km)

Event Details & Reminders
- Have your bike tuned up before arriving.
- Bike valet will be available on-site.
- Bring a refillable water bottle.
- Complimentary BBQ lunch is available first come, first served after your ride.
- BBQ service runs from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Finale program begins at 12:00 p.m.
- Raffle prize draw will follow the finale program.

2. You are automatically approved after you enter your contact information. You will not receive notification.
3. In the app, select More. Select Organization. Select City of Brampton.
4. Select Collections.
5. Select 2026 Bike the Creek Routes 2026 Bike the Creek Routes · Ride with GPS
6. Select your preferred route.
7. Turn on the sound at the event. Listen for cues once you have started to ride.
