About this Event
Welcome to BIG MOUTH SOCIETY, an intimate, chef-driven supper club where culinary creativity meets genuine human connection. No stiff atmospheres, no unnecessary bells and whistles. Just thoughtfully crafted food, unfamiliar faces, and a shared appreciation for a good time. Our debut installment, ISSUE 001: “FAMILY MEAL,” invites 20 guests to an exclusive five-course dining experience curated by “Chef 3” of EUODIA101. Expect bold flavors, unexpected combinations, and a few surprises along the way. Each course has a story to tell, but we’ll save the introductions for the table.
Consider this our way of breaking the ice. A gathering where strangers become familiar, conversations unfold naturally, and the food gives everyone something to talk about. Come hungry, bring your personality, and leave the formalities at the door. After all, it’s called BIG MOUTH SOCIETY for a reason.
INGREDIENT & ALLERGY INFORMATION
Our five-course dining experience features a carefully curated selection of ingredients, flavors, and preparations.
While the full menu will be revealed closer to the event, we want every guest to have the opportunity to review potential allergens and dietary concerns before purchasing a ticket.
For your convenience, we’ve provided an ingredient breakdown organized by course.
COURSE 01
Ingredients: Ahi tuna, blue corn, peaches, avocado, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime, lemon, and frying oil.
Contains: Fish (tuna).
COURSE 02
Ingredients: Soft-shell crab, buttermilk, eggs, wheat flour, butter, heavy cream, coconut milk, seafood stock, Fresno peppers, garlic, shallots, citrus, and Creole seasoning.
Contains: Shellfish (crab), milk, wheat, and eggs.
COURSE 03
Ingredients: Sweet corn, skirt steak, blue corn masa, Fresno peppers, cilantro, lime, queso fresco, mustard seeds, vinegar, and frying oil.
Contains: Milk and mustard.
COURSE 04
Ingredients: Pork, brioche, peaches, ginger, mayonnaise, purple cabbage, red wine vinegar, seasonings, and potatoes.
Contains: Wheat and eggs. May contain milk.
COURSE 05
Ingredients: Brioche, milk, eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, pecans, flour, and vanilla bean ice cream.
Contains: Wheat, milk, eggs, and tree nuts (pecans).
